Selling off the ‘TRNC’

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Hermes » Sun Oct 17, 2010 10:45 pm

Sozen believes these “rational economic and foreign policy objectives” constitute Turkey’s “plan A and B” for Cyprus.

So Turkey's plan B (and plan A) is to sell off the "TRNC's" so-called assets, none of which make a profit, to Turkish-only companies, because no other company would touch them with a bargepole, make a run for it and get the hell out of Cyprus before it throws any more money down the drain.

This strikes me as a very good plan. Why didn't they think of it sooner?

who in his right mind would be a investing money at a loosing concern?...unless of course it was sold, read give away for free coz the concern is covered in 100 coats of red, in under the table to a "friend" with ankara guarantees the going concern will thrive...
two ways possible in making a loosing concern suddently profitabe...
1...run lean for starters, read sacking people, no local "govermnet" interference...but no problem for ankara...on a promise for modernation...no investment thus far

2...increase prices showing a profit asap...running with the a leanteam...
investment for plant, yeah sometime in the not so near future...but prices steadily increasing, and the lean team might even run leaner, coz wages would decrease, coz they'd be "trained" by then...

this is another ploy by ankara to extract more control...and to be honest enough is enough...for the life of me why isn't any politician in what you call a "governmant" addressing this problem...god knows how much ankara has sunk into the north, and what has ankara have to show after the swindle since 1974?...there she is trying to promote you guys as a state, a nation, and you constantly can wait for the moment to embarass her...

what happened to all this money that ankara has been sinking since 74?...what have you got to show for it?...and this has nothing to do with embargoes...you became lazy, not refering to tcs on personal level, but the incompetent so called administrations since 74, further more you seemed to hvae perfected the act of swindling, but i think ankara has conned on...

the saddest part is the non swinlding tcs are gonna once again bear the grunt...

and here are these swindling administrations negotiating for unification...from one swindle to the next...are they kiddding me?...

my advice to the current "administration" is to take the bull by the head...NOW...while turkey is still sinking money, not a moment to lose, and address all these problems...there is no reason as to why the "administration" can't do the same in the short term...make a policy, publish it, show people a light at the end of the tunnell, make painstaking decisions on more unempoyment, increase the price, run proffessionally, with profits re-invest in infrastraure, start re employing people, etc...too hard huh?...yeah, whine 12 months down the track...

lets jump to the next swindle, we call unification..and grab as much as we can...it's easier huh?...

corrected for the benefit of the gassfart that she'd rather get turned on by the bullshit rather than the intelligence of the substance...it astonishes me beyond belief, and gives me no great pleasure in saying this, how someone can be so retarded at such an age?...

PS...now that i pointed the obvious, see if you can de-retard your self and give the substance a go...

unquote.
Unfortunately what you state above could also be applied to the ROC...

You shouldn't insult the intelligence of others when you cannot spell a simple word like 'horns' boomer!

F- must try harder.

what i do see though is, the simplest of tasks, de-retarding your self and giving the substance a go, is still a hard choice when it comes to you preferring to remain a retard, turned on by the bullshit...
