If by your understanding, the RoC was capable of successfully blackmailing the EU, then what chances does 3rd world peasant Turkey have against them?

If you continue to play with fire, once burnt you cannot blame everyone else but yourselves.

I agree... your people's future is clearly in Turkey!

Turkey is changing... I agree, but siding with Iran, Hezbollah & other extremists and opposing Israel & USA is a bad choice. Eventually, whoever goes against the Yankees gets burned with only yourself to blame.

Clearly Erdogan is making a big mistake here. The Turks are now fair game for the US... good luck to you guys.

That's impossible so consider moving to Turkey peacefully while you can.

Your sole aim in blackmailing your way into the EU was to gain leverage against Turkey,

turkey is threatening and trying to intimidate their way to a recognised trnc, any way they can. endless threats and warnings and blackmailing eu with the pipeline then to begging.. turkey has tried it all.

though they are changing their views or pretending to, i remember not long ago turkish president was telling the minority in germany dont forget your turkishness screw the germans and trying to take more power there, now the news is saying he is telling them to learn german and be a part of their culture. either hes decided to just lie and pretend or he really is making an effort.

Those GCs who claim the TRNC is a province of Turkey then turn around in the same breath and tell us to go live in Turkey are pathetic, if this is Turkey why do we need to go elsewhere. Its you people that should be worried 70/80 million Turks right on your door step. I was in the south today and heard many Turks roaming the streets, they have started o infiltrate you already, soon they will be marry your girls and hey presto a new generation of Anatolian GC babies, game over.
