What is funny about it?

The GC's have been actively working on dissolving the TC community for decades, long before Turkey.

Does Yusufcuk know what he talks about?

I'd wish Tim was around to translate one of his articles into English...

Or maybe Shah would give it a go for a rough translation of his article?

What's even more funny is that Greek Cypriots are now being asked to save Turkish Cypriots from extinction at the hands of Turkey by granting them a separate state on our land. You couldn't make this stuff up.

Isn't it about time the TCs stopped blaming Greeks for their predicament? It isn't G/Cs who occupy the north of the island in defiance of international law. It isn't G/Cs who are bringing in Anatolian settlers. It isn't G/Cs who are banning the T/C dialect. It isn't G/Cs who have kept the island separated for the last 35 years. It isn't G/Cs who have ruined the northern economy, sold the property of the original owners and brought the weight of international law crashing down on the T/Cs heads. You've done it all yourselves in the last 35 years.

Greek Cypriots have just let you get on with it: isolation, economic ruin, cultural eradication and mass emigration. Even the most fanatical Greek nationalist couldn't have inflicted such a disaster on the Turkish Cypriots. Nice work. So keep on blaming the Greeks. Pretty soon, there'll be no T/Cs left in the north and you'll wonder how it happened. No doubt the Greeks did it.

.... and if might add..... who for year after year has misled them? Time after time, and on subject after subject leading them up the garden path to sod-all of a future?

Who has been promising them the Promised and Partitioned Land? Who has been making promise after promise it can't keep?

Who, for instance, has in recent months has been making false promises of non-stop direct flights, has been making get nowhere promises of direct trade, who has made blustery and farty and promises that the end of 2010 would see progress in Recognition?

Tissy brothers and sisters, look to the Lined Their Own Pockets Not To Be Trusted Illegal Regime for the answers to the above.

EVERY PROMISE THEY HAVE MADE TO YOU..... BROKEN!

With this mentality you will never unite this island and you have neither the mental capacity or inclanation to see the error of your ways. The last 50 years are clear proof that I am right.

No they are not.

If the GC's don't actively work on ethnically cleansing the island we would have no problems.

We have not left the island for the lovely British weather....

You guys are full of utter crap.

As long as you keep pretending that the Cyprus problem started in 74 you will have no solution, we will stay the way we are.
