When you consider that 100% of this island was ours, a reduction down to 37% is a big compromise. Add to this 36 years of loss of income from recognition that the GCs has exploited to the full and you will soon see who has made the biggest compromises.

but the 37 % wasent even yours,i doubt that 20% was yours.again what comprimises have you made?

Ecevit was right,after all..The Cyprus problem was solved in 1974!

Cypriots are too bloodyminded and stubborn to let go of their idiotic historical baggages long enough to realise the only way forward is through empathy,compassion and understanding...As long as those 3 indispensable factors are out of the equation the status quo will remain..And since there is no sign anywhere that Cypriots have learned anything from the past 60 years,the de facto situation will inevitably become the final solution...The new new World Order will make that inevitable...Some of us who have lost 100% of our motherland will curse those responsible till the end of our lives... :evil:

wishfull turkish thinking.sorry but if anything the status quo will remain and the t/c will disappear.
