But like i said no comprimise whats so ever on turkeys side.

Boulio I do not think a solution would suit AKP.

And I repeat, AKP, that does not mean Turkey, just an American puppet.

Appeal done and dusted. Dodgy Turkish Airline told to piss off again...

Flights to North Cyprus: appeal to lift ban on direct flights rejected - Telegraph

Cyprus Turkish Airlines had challenged an earlier court ruling at the Court of Appeal in London that maintained Britain’s ban on direct flights to North Cyprus.

But the former ruling was upheld by three appeal court judges, who said that the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation would be breached if permits on direct flights were granted.

The judges also added that it would go against Britain’s duty to respect the rights of the Republic of Cyprus in the south.

Turkey is the only country that recognises the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus as a separate state and all flights to and from North Cyprus must first go through Turkey.

Cyprus Turkish Airlines, the flag-carrier airline of North Cyprus which carries 100,000 visitors from Britain to the North of Cyprus each year, claimed that the restrictions increase flight times, ticket prices and greenhouse gas emissions.

The ban also limits the freedom of Turkish Cypriots travelling and doing business around the world, according to the airline and its UK travel company, CTA Holidays.

Cyprus has been divided since 1974 when Turkish troops invaded the North to thwart a coup that sought to unite the island with Greece. The southern two-thirds of Cyprus came under the control of the Greek Cypriots and the northern third was occupied by the Turkish power. The internationally recognised government run by the Republic of Cyprus represents the whole island in the European Union.

All Cyprus Turkish Airline flights were suspended by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority from June 22 and remain so until further notice. Passengers with valid tickets can rearrange their flights through a CTA-AtlasJet cooperation scheme. The court has ordered Cyprus Turkish Airlines and its holiday company to pay the British and Cypriot governments’ legal costs.

When Atlas takes over, no one will be able to tell them how to fly where. Even CTA had occasional direct flights...
