A very simple and Shallow response CBBB. I Can Assure you My CBBB that the Cyprus Mail, those whom are Liberal in their outlook, will tell you that my statement is spot on. You must be speaking to the cleaners who hate the editors! Go back to the BBC Mr CBBB - Do you actually know what type of news Service the Cyprus Mail is? And which political angle they take? Come on boy, Re-read my statement and the Facts behind it - they are simple; Makarios being suckered to accept a BBF deal between 1977-79, the Turkish Intervention, The S-300 Missile crisis and how the GCs Bricked themselves and HAD TO TRANSPORT the missiles to Greece and blah blah blah - The facts are undeniable. Continue denying what will happen and watch it unfold - Like with Kosovo. Jesus you guys are so blind it makes me

A simple response, yes, that was all that was necessary. I know the Cyprus Mail's stance probably better than you, having been reading it and having contact with it for the past 35 years.

mr head, the point above to your first statement is like comparing chalk and cheese...

where does the simerini backup to anything remotely to what mr avci said?...

the reason we have talks it's so we can achieve a peaceful resolution, otherwise why have talks...

avci contradicts eroglu's statement
He added: “This isn’t for just any kind of peace; we are trying to find a solution that won’t bypass Turkey’s best interests and will allow Turkish Cypriots to live in dignity. We want a permanent agreement, so we too can live in Cyprus.”

coz you walk away turkey is vetoed from here to eternity, or are you saying turkey now wants to walk from the eu...links to back you statement if this is indeed the case...

btw just coz you are a journo, it does not automatically make you an intelligent person, that you seemed to think that you are...

one more thing, just becuase CM publishes a story it doesn't mean it's cospel now does it?...

I doubt it you work for any newspaper, coz newspapers usually try and post something from both sides, but wiih you it's a one way stream with every post trying to rub salt to the wounds...hell i don't even for one second believe you are a joiurno...

sorry for any spelling mistakes...typing while laughing...

MrH wrote:Mr T.Avci just this morning has confirmed that 30 years of GC failed policy, and an attempt to seek a federal deal is now up. We will seek to secure a Two State Solution or abandon all UN Cyprus Talks by the end of December 2010. The EU responded by saying that "We will Discuss this in collaboration with the United Nations". Then, I would say to the Greek Cypriot side, seeing that the EU is actually willing to discuss this scenario with the pointless UN, that is done and dusted! My newspaper, The Cyprus Mail, will write the following soon......"The UN and EU will wash its hands by Dec 2010". This has made it very obvious that they have had enough of the Cyprus problem, thus of being made to look stupid by the Greek Cypriot Administration. I look forward to peace and a new relationship of Two States on the island of Cyprus. You are welcome to Northern Cyprus anytime, just check your passports at the border control first Thank You.

30 years is up for what? the whole time the tc side was trying for two states, what has changed? nothing. the bull crap that turkey and tc side is insisting on and making it impossible for a solution... what rubbish do you post mr H

Yeah, except you are confusing "solution" with "getting everything we originally set out to get", which is what we are fighting against.

Hence why there never will be a "solution" in the current mindset.
