6 months of army if my grandFATHER was male? no he was female but does it help if none of my family is english? actually my fathers sister married an english man. they divorced now. i did not think you had to do army in england?:O

Fraggy's right... this speed doesn't make a lot of diff to me...what do people my age do? Bit of browsing, bit of CF, but the kids with their movies and gaming have benefitted. Young Master Cobbett now has two blooming, bleeding ethernet cables trailing up the stairs to XBox and PC!!!!!!! :evil:

no hes WRONG there is so much different with the 40mbit then stinky 8mbit. lots of downloading multiple computers connected downloading uploading with ps3 xbox youtube and lots of computers connected with no problem.. why dont you use wireless and you need the ethernet cables?

i do use wireless to my lovely MacBook pro. Oh yes.... youtube is faster, def faster, but our youngster insists ethernet is faster.

yes i used to have that problem bill, on my old laptop my wireless would not download faster then 10mbit it had to be plugged with the ethernet, but with my macbook pro i have now i get full more then 20mbit with the college connection. i bet if you put your macbook pro you would get full 40 with wireless

This is what the MacPro on wireless will do according to the test...
5MB mp3 ... 2secs
35MB video clip 9 secs
800MB Movie 3 mins

they are usually 700mb or 1.5GB for the 2 cd movies i never see movies that are 800mb

i dont think america will give any names over, and by the sounds of the videos it was not coming from american users those videos. plus privacy. i dont think youtube will give any names. and they expect those people to be sent to turkey to face trial? death by hanging lol.. keep dreaming turkey.. freedom of speech.
