I hate shopping! The only thing I like to shop for is computer parts and gadgets ;)

Importing things in Cyprus will be much more expensive though.


Unless things have changed recently there is No VAT on food products in the UK, cannot speak for the other countries though.

Cyprus & Luxembourg have the lowest VAT in the EU, 15%. If I am not mistaken the VAT for food products is no more than 5%. :wink:

I am sorry but LIDL is nothing but a cheap shit hole for cheapskate North Europeans who would eat cardboard to stay alive.

Surely Cypriots would have a lot more to look forward to than cheap tin/frozen cuisine! :lol:
