Hey, didn't they just have Constitutional Reform to make the Military more accountable -- or is Erdogan lying?

Some 58 percent of Turkish voters approved the controversial constitutional changes to reshape the judiciary and curb the military's powers, according to provisional results announced by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

The reform will be proven when the next round of military retirements and promotions is announced. When we see who exactly decided what we can figure how this is going. Till then I believe nought.
