i dont know about limassol but i that in nicosia you can ask at the cultural center at famagusta gate or you can post some anouncements at the colleges , maybe some students from there will be more than willing to show their talents ......also check the newspapers for the art different exhibitions, go there and just ask them if they are willing to do it.
(personally i doubt anyone will accept without any money but you can try). try to aim for young unknown artists,i think they are the only ones who will do it for free.

SK.. you may well be right..
I may have to use some of the examples I have sen from the others on here!
I may actually start a gallery upstairs. Or a chill out lounge.. not sure.. chill out lounge with art??
