ΕΛΑΜ: Ικανοποίηση για το 1%

Image

The Elam appears satisfied because, as stated by a representative of "any rate above 1% we are successful."

According to Mr Nicolaides it was not the objective for membership in parliament, but the aim was "to feel the presence of the Front."

"For starters, these signs give us strength to continue," said Mr Nicolaides.

A bunch of Greece worshiping fascists. 1% is good, its as good as it gets, stop wasting your time. You are a Cyprus problem, a real one.

Basically they took the votes from EYROKO who lost 2 representatives. They did Cyprus a favour and we should thank them.

What about AKEL? How do you call those fans of Omonia who recently beat up innocent people and broke shops?

And if you don't know what patriot means, that is probably you are not one, since you have no attachment to any country and all you care about is your personal interests.

Regarding ELAM, they are just a tiny minority of extremists. Fortunately we didn't abolish democracy and human rights as some of you wanted us to do in 2004, and therefore such minorities of extremists can have no power to affect our lives.

Absolutely.......

It is also good news that two notorious hard-line DIKO M.P.'s George Kolokassides and Kyriacos Kenevezos were not re-elected either!
Hopefully, the political parties have received the message with so many people not bothering to vote that they have had enough of their antics and are turning their backs on them?
Even more crucial is that everyone now backs Christophias in his handling of the Cyprus question during the very crucial months which are about to start after the June elections in Turkey.....whatever anyones party ideology is it has to be put aside at a time like this and I hope the leader of the largest party will understand this, just as he did until last autumn?

The action of Omonoia supporters is despicable. I wish Sampson and Koulias got turned over too. Great to see Stylianides do so well in DISI but the loss of Pourgourides is a blow to moderates in DISI.

I fully agree!

Pourgourides has already hinted that he will reveal a lot more in future, once he has the freedom to speak as a non-M.P.One of his main grievances is that he lost because he did not lay-on lavish dinner parties to attract votes from brown-nosers who would later expect him to 'fix' something for people-or their relatives etc!
As for Koulias, can nothing ever make that man shut-up?And just what kind of logical person with any self-respect could vote for someone like him anyway? As for Sampson,if I had the same father as him,I would have left Cyprus years ago and assumed a new name and identity!
