I pointed it out and was accused of trouble making.

I posted a link to it and my post was removed 'for advertising' lol!

Advertising an advert they were displaying on the site!

Perhaps you should include the forum in your FB campaigns?

I don't care what they advertise. My point was that some are getting in a stew about holidays in the 'TRNC' being advertised elsewhere.

They've always been advertised on here. They just don't like it when you tell them that!

Advertising is advertising. Isn't it?

They even give the weather for the North!

maybe a word to google as well huh?...

Now what's that going to do? If the forum is using 'Google sense' ads - it will carry ads related to the CONTENT on the forum!

I think a word to the forum would make more sense.

If you are bothered.

I see it now the new FB campaign telling everyone to blacklist the CF because they carry illegal ads for holidays and property sales in the occupied territories!

Day excursions too for those who don't want to spend their whole holiday in the North.

Northern Cyprus (full day)

Today you cross the Green Line that divides Greek and Turkish Cyprus for three visits. A picnic lunch will be provided today.

At Egkon lies the site of Engomi where archaeologists have uncovered what are thought to be the remains of ancient Alasia, and the richest Bronze Age tombs ever excavated. The finds include objects of gold and ivory, glass vases and rare Mycenian pottery.

You continue to the site of Salamis, the ancient city which was the capital of Cyprus in 1100 BC. The site covers an area of one square mile along the sea shore. Under the Romans the city was one of the greatest commercial centres of the eastern Empire. Destroyed by Arab invaders in 648 BC the city was never rebuilt. The ruins are well preserved after lying buried in the sand for a thousand years. A visit to the museum is included.

Your final visit today is to Famagusta, one of the finest examples of medieval architecture in the eastern Mediterranean. Ramparts encircled the town and the citadel tower guarded the harbour. The tower is also known as Othello’s Tower and is associated with Shakespeare’s tragedy set in ‘a sea port in Cyprus’.

Compliments of a very well known holiday company.
