What's the difference between English and American breakfast besides the name?

American - Pancakes drowned in maple syrup, streaky bacon, eggs over easy, cinnamon toast, orange juice, coffee

English - beans, rubbish bacon, fried tomatoes, fried toast, tea

Mmmm I'm hungry

Is that what 'goufettas' were?

When I used to buy 'misi okkas goufettas' from my Armenian grocery shop in Neapolis they were boiled black aniseed-sweets; unless you meant the real bullets. :?
