i know of 3 signatures turkey signed in international bodies that aren't worth the ink used...

1...guaranorship of cyprus
2...EU accession
3...Armenian protocols

I am sure there are more...it looks like a turkish hobby of of not honouring anything they sign...

does anyone know any more?...
