Anyway my question still stands. Allegation ? Case ? And Court ?

Actually, Turkey very much was supporting Germany in the WWII, only this time, it was more covert than as it was in WWI. Turkey learnt it's lesson from WWI and did not want to back the same "losing horse" again publicly, as the case was in WWI. Turkey waited to see how the Nazis would do against the Allies in WWII before they would commit themselves to the winning side, and waited they did, until 1945, the same year the war was over after 6 years when it first started. They chose to be on the side of the Allies, when it was apparent that the Allies would win the war, so Turkey entered the war against the Nazis about *5 minutes* before the Nazis lost the war, therefore you can't say Turkey helped to defeat the Nazis, nor can you say Turkey helped the Allies to win the war. They came into the war in the last minutes of the war to claim victory with the Allies. Had the Nazis showed potential to win the war, you can bet your bottom dollar that Turkey would have entered the war on the side of the Nazis and not on the side of the Allies.!
