IPC is nt recognised as a legal entity because it exists under a regime form a part of Cyprus that is under Turkish and TC occupation. Doesn't count. You are Cypriots and recognised for that ....... anything else is asking for special privelidges. I suggest you cut a deal with Greece get your mama Turkey to pay for a deserted Greek Island and resettle there, god knows Greece can use the money and we could do without you lol

IPC is nt recognised as a legal entity because it exists under a regime form a part of Cyprus that is under Turkish and TC occupation. Doesn't count. You are Cypriots and recognised for that ....... anything else is asking for special privelidges. I suggest you cut a deal with Greece get your mama Turkey to pay for a deserted Greek Island and resettle there, god knows Greece can use the money and we could do without you lol

We aint going nowhere time you realized that fact, plus the IPC has now been rubber stamped by the ECHR as a legal internal remedy so you have a better option that us who have to leave our lives in the north to go resettle in the south for 6 months to get out property back.

I think its ViewPoint that should stop talking to you. Telling him he should live on a Greek island and that you can do without him in Cyprus. Don't you know he is a Cypriot just like you? But on the other hand its fine for us to be forced to live in the GC south for 6 months to even have any chance of applying to your Gc courts for them to dish out GC justice so they we maybe given back our property. Plus I personally do not live in a GC property yet I cant get my property back or even apply for compensation, you are a hypocrite and only think of GC loss not TC loss, did you know all the TC properties in the south are being used by GCs? do they belong to them?

According to your leaders in the north, 99% of all the TCs who once had properties in the south, have all been given GC properties in the north, in the form of an "exchange", which means, 99% of the TCs no longer have any property left in the south to make a claim for. It seems like, those TCs who have accepted GCs properties in the north as an "exchange", need to apply to the "trnc" to get their own properties back in the south, by first returning the GCs properties back, that they have gotten in the form of an "exchange". Your own "trnc" is holding the deeds of 99% of the TCs properties in the south and not the RoC, if we are to believe your own leaders claim on the 99%. Lets see how brave any of the 99% TCs are by them asking their deeds back from the "trnc" while they are still living in the GCs properties in the north. Unless they give up the GCs properties in the north, they have no claim on their properties in the south. Only the "trnc" can make that claim and not the individual TCs, according to the "trnc" that is.!
