Actually I was referring rather more to the general attitudes of Cypriots in relation to their families (and traditions) than to the banter which takes place on this forum.

I doubt if ANY member here (or elsewhere) would relish the thought of their Father being described in such an appalling manner, furthermore, I doubt if any member here would relish the prospect of delivering such a message to the Son requiring that it should be passed on to the Father............unless of course that person was using a telephone thousands of miles away from the Son, seated in his place of business.

As long as they refrain from using obscene language and (if they do not) at least have the good sense not to advertise it on 'You Tube', they may deliver whatever messages they wish.

After all this, who is now the actual registered purchaser on the Land Registry records as I thought once your name or names are registered, that's the actual accepted future owner. If they can change their records at the drop of a hat, who would bother buying something that is not worth the paper it is written on and can be revoked without your consent, as happened in this instance.

Well they will have a long time one hopes to think about why any one would dare call them obscene names, especially to ones father (if anyone did) in possible retaliation (if it happened of course) for death threats on wives and children in the UK, sort of makes sense to say that to someone does,nt it?? IF any of these men fathers sons brothers cousins had stolen my money threatened my family and attacked me with three men, calling someone names is a very lightweight retort imo, that would have been the easiest of my responses.

As of today Conor O'Dwyer,s name is STILL on the contract as the purchaser at the local Land Registry. So therefore some more heads will have to roll

I think you are initially trying to imply that Conor did not utter his foul comments (which is a mistake since they are proven fact and the evidence is quite clear) and that secondly, you are attempting to introduce scenarios which did not take place (which is also a mistake since there is no evidence to substantiate them).

If your intention (along with others) is to re-invigorate a lost cause by either attracting sympathy from an audience or creating an entourage of similar deadbeats prepared to follow Conor, may I suggest that you have chosen the wrong forum to attempt such objectives.

Conor thought he was a smart operator, he was not, the only thing smart about him was that he was smart enough to ensure that his personal insult was delivered by telephone.

Had he uttered his foul comment face to face with the Son, he would have had little time left to 'Pitch his tent'. (IMHO)

Accusing members of sleeping with their own daughters. Calling members wives, sisters and daughters prostitutes. I lost count of the insults slung at people's mothers on here - some of them very nasty.

Calling other members paedophiles, and homosexuals (in every slang fashion you can think of).

Is it only 'insulting' if the insult is directed at a MALE member of a Cypriot's family then? I have noticed they tend to stick to insulting the women.
