with this TV and Semerkand TV hasn't got connection. The owner of the this channel is TC man from London. He already has got 2 TV channels on Kibris Paketi called ADA TV and Ezgi TV.
soon we will start the tests signals for this channel and i will asked the guy whats all about it.
