I am perplexed that so many people are against a mosque being built near Ground Zero, where the World Trade Centre stood in New York. I think it should be the goal of every one to be tolerant. The mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.

That is why I also propose, that a gay nightclub and a brothel be opened next door to the mosque, thereby promoting tolerance within the Muslim community. We could call the clubs "The Turban Cowboy" and "You Mecca Me So Hot".

Next door should be a butcher shop that specialises in pork, and have an open barbecue with spare ribs as its daily special. Across the street, a lingerie store called "Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret?, with sexy mannequins in the window modelling the negligees

I think allowing a Mosque to be built on or near the site would act as a public relations Coup for the Americans and the West against Islamic Extremists who will no doubt exploit the koran burning antics of Christian fundamentalist psychos.

Yeah, put up a mosque and encourage these people to bomb every place on the planet in return for a mosque.

Trouble with all muslims, they want everyone else to be tolorent of them, but they refuse to be towards any one else.

Its not a joke, its an act of pure political movement.

The No of Muslims in the states and around the world are in a steady grow ! So in result the government/ governments who call for freedom and liberality to work in meeting their demands.

A Mosque is a home to any Muslim, a holly place that is respected by any Muslim even the ones like my My self who have Zero religious standers !

Ground Zero is indeed a crime against humanity , it is sad, real sad ! i my self as a Muslim , as a human felt bad and feared it .

It is true , Some Muslims give Islam a bad name, but Muslims are human, and what ever your color, religion and race among your selves there is terrorists , people who should be in jail behid bars, people who did crimes against humanity and not all of them Muslims !!

To judge the whole religion because you are angry with individuals is simply wrong ..
