If you want the blunt and honest truth there are no good toy shops in Kyrenia if your comparison is what you might expect in any UK town of comparative size

If you are not already in Cyprus I would suggest getting any toys for your son in the UK and surrpetiously bringing them with you, rather than hope to find anything whilst you are here.
