Imagine your grand mother 80 years old to try to travel through LCA Airport. She passed the pasport control and enter the waiting area. She likes to drink a coffee. She calls a waiter , order the coffee but the reply is "In English please"...
Most propably she will ask other G/cs travellers whether she has already arrived in London and therefore she can not communicate in her own language.
This situation in Cyprus is just a shame - If the management of Lca airport consider that they are operating in a Banania state they must be replaced. All employees must speak the local language and of course in addition any foreiggn language is required in order for them to serve the tourists.
I am trying to find a side where someone can send an official complain about this case.
tks
