Sorry you,re wrong its nothing to do with the pipes its the insistence of Cyprus builders to use the OLD methods that don,t work, of brick and cement manholes, these clog and block and overflow BUT for a few hundred euros extra whilst building your properties replace them with simple plastic ones, mind you it only works if you have a septic tank in your own garden, as if you join your workable drainage to the mains well you,re maybe going to have problems.

My Developer bless him needed some convincing when I told him I was going to have a different system, he now uses it all the time on his new builds as its not that much more expensive to do.
