Einstein was a mediocre scientist. He stole (he was a jew  ) most of his formulations from Constantine Caratheodory.

OMG ... kurupetos .... That is the best thing I have learnt in ages! You are pure, untested Genius ... :D

I posted that before in this forum, but you didn't pay attention! :x Anyway, better late than never. :D

It may appear as though I am always on the forum; but, that could not be further from the truth! :D

Really Kurupetos, this is so worth repeating for proper dissemination of the facts!

Here's one for the you know who's...

Patriotism is your conviction that this country is superior to all other countries because you were born in it. ~George Bernard Shaw

When the veil of fiction was rent, man shuddered before "Nature, red in tooth and claw." Nature had always been that and always will be, and the hands of man, even when he fashions and defends the noblest civilization, must forever be bloody hands, for this is a world in which only the strong and resolute nations survive, while the weak, especially the morally weak, who babble about brotherhood and peace, are biologically degenerate and doomed to extinction.

take 1 section of wikipedia
stir in a frissant of anti-semitism

and bingo Oracle wets her pants

now lets look at the full paragraph -

On December 19, 2005, Israeli officials along with Israel's ambassador to Athens, Ram Aviram, presented the Greek foreign ministry with copies of 10 letters between Albert Einstein and Constantin Carathéodory [Karatheodoris] that suggest that the work of Carathéodory helped shape some of Albert Einstein's theories. The letters were part of a long correspondence which lasted from 1916 to 1930. Aviram said that according to experts at the National Archives of Israel — custodians of the original letters — the mathematical side of Einstein's physics theory was partly substantiated through the work of Carathéodory

So they were obviously corresponding and exchanging idea's for nearly a quarter of a century....... bit of a stretch to -

"Einstein was a mediocre scientist. He stole (he was a Jew) most of his formulations from Constantine Caratheodory. "

:? :? :? :? :?

To suggest that because someone is a Jew, they are a thief, is disgraceful; in realisty, it says a great deal about the person who posted it, and nothing the Jewish people.

Good to know that anti-semitism and racism is alave and well on CF!

I've never before heard that Einstein "stole" his theories from another because he was a Jew. However, I did hear he stole the Maths from his wife, being a typical man! :D

The gratitude of every home in our Island, in our Empire, and indeed throughout the world, except in the abodes of the guilty, goes out to the British airmen who, undaunted by odds, unwearied in their constant challenge and mortal danger, are turning the tide of the World War by their prowess and by their devotion. Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few. All hearts go out to the fighter pilots, whose brilliant actions we see with our own eyes day after day; but we must never forget that all the time, night after night, month after month, our bomber squadrons travel far into Germany, find their targets in the darkness by the highest navigational skill, aim their attacks, often under the heaviest fire, often with serious loss, with deliberate careful discrimination, and inflict shattering blows upon the whole of the technical and war-making structure of the Nazi power.

The battle of Britain was a turning point in WW2. If the RAF had succumbed, the world today might be a very different place. For a start, Cyprus might never had gained independance.
