You are absolutely right Milti, the world has gone effing mad, standards are dropping in all aspects of life. I drove past a school the other day, there were two girls in school uniform standing just outside the gate smoking, my wife said that if they were over 16 the school could do nothing to stop them.
Every time I walk the our dog along the very quite lane we live in I see discarded beer cans and takeaway crap on the road. I feel obliged to go out with a black sack occasionally and clear the it up because I don't want to live in a slum. I have a good idea who is responsible, one day I will catch the little bastard on camera and see him prosecuted.
