With a big brother like Turkey, TRNC knows which side its bread is buttered.

Come on guys, don't be shy. You never know, living next to a regional economic powerhouse like Turkey, you might get some crumbs that fall off the table.

Come on VW, you must know that the GCs will never have any dealings with Turkey not matter how much money they could make. It is a matter of principle that they cut of their nose to spite their face when dealing with Turkey or anything Turkish.

Just shows the ignorance, or should I say arrogance of some of the posters here.

There are many GCs trading daily with Turkish companies. And that doesn't include the losers who visit your whorehouses and casinos.

When it comes to the GC God, money, I suspect there will be a few who will deny in public what they do behind closed doors.

I was being sarcastic. I know that GCs will trade with Turkey but as VW say many will not do so openly.

In fact if you want to come to China, using THY from Ercan to Istanbul and then on to Beijing and Shanghai is one of the easiest and best value for money routes.

You should direct that to the incompetent fools living in the occupied territory because Cyprus has been an economic powerhouse since the mid 80s despite having 37% of her territory under an illegal military occupation and all the costly muck that came along with that.

And finally, it is Cyprus that controls Turkey’s future by blocking her out of the EU!

And there are those that would say you are doing them a favour.
:D
Looking at how Turkey is doing OUTSIDE the EU, compared to how some EU countries are doing, I'd agree with that.
