Too many sick Turkish people in Cyprus.

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Too many sick Turkish people in Cyprus.

We need to help all these Turkish people. The RoC, recognised or not, is doing its share to treat the expanding numbers of sick Turkish people on its doorstep.

1 Million or 10 Million; the EU must share the responsibility of the unrestrained entry of Turkish citizens into the EU, whilst Turkey still occupies EU-member state Cyprus.

The tap is dripping. Will the EU help fix the flow?

"Trade unions officials in the health sector told the paper that the problems are getting worse because of the uncontrolled immigration into the occupied areas of the island."

Why should they help you in a situation where you also play a very big part in perpetuating?

Helping the sick, is the least you can do

Given that hardly any “Turkish Cypriots” exist anymore and that those left are overwhelmingly outnumbered by God knows what, I see no reason for the roadblocks to remain open. Sealing off all entry points would stop all the illegal activities leaking in.

Could you possibly enlighten me on how these "illegals" actually get in and make their way to and through your health system, while being illegal?

It usually happens with the assistance of the "Turkish Cypriots" and there are many tricks they use to swindle their way through.

For example, a female “TC” marries a Turk and later gets a family healthcare card unbeknown to the hospital that her husband is an illegal Turk and not allowed entry or for that matter anything, in Cyprus.

So much for complaining that others are using foul language and/or insults, thereby undermining the forum and preventing you from having all these scientific discussions with Dr Who and Darth Vader!
