The Cyprus Mail’s corrupt discriminatory practices...

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I'm sure I have a few British corruption threads in here somewhere... but would you like us to start a new one?

This by your measure would make him anti-english ?

Had he spent his days posting anti-British comments on almost every article published (whilst living in the UK) then yes... that would be suspicious wouldn't it?

I truly and fervently wish this country would embrace its rights as an independant nation. Become a nation of Cypriots and tear down the flags that have successfully divided you.

Cyprus has been embracing its rights as an independent nation for many decades now... it's a few others that don't seem to like it!

GR, I was asking you. The tens of Cypriots that went to England mainly in the 50's and 60's took money out of Cyprus in order to invest in the English economy? You ar talking rubbish and you know it, of course. You will think of all sort of absurdities when you get a chance to play down a whole people, be they English, Turks, Greeks etc. You are just insulting our intelligence and this is getting worse day by day.

If you think that thousands of foreign pensioners purchasing real estate in Cyprus and then hanging around free medical facilities and subsidized drugs for the rest of their lives, is a good thing for the Cyprus economy… you’d best stick to Biology!

I'm still looking for that intelligence Bananiot...

Bananiot wrote:TC666, are you saying that people like GR are the real Greek Cypriots? If this is what you are saying, you are completely wrong and perhaps you are just looking for excuses to play down the efforts made for solution. GR's are found on both sides of the divide and it is these people that have destroyed Cyprus.

sorry bananiot, i did not mean that. the real greek cypriots are people like you and a few others on the forum. i was refering to the greeks of cyprus. the fascist bastards who have destroyed our country. they are all over this forum and are very destructive. the trouble is it takes just a few to start and we can be back in 63 again. how will roc contain these bastards when they control the justice system, media and government departmants.

When you attended the event for the peace the other day some of my relatives were there. as a famaily we support peace but these bastards have to be controlled or they will do it all over again.

Whilst Cy remains in the EU and these "foreign pensioners" are EU citizens, then, it may not be a good thing for the Cy economy, but then you should have thought about that before you joined the EU.

The Cyprus Mail, like GR, is a joke.

I remember one article from the Cyprus Mail where the author was making fun of TPAP's nose and suggested that the image of TPAP that were placed on billboards during the Presidential elections were airbrushed to make it look like TPAP had a smaller nose. No substance... that article was all about making fun of TPAP's appearance. That website pushes a point of view that may represent Bananiot but its not the point of view of the majority of citizens of the RoC. Whatever, to each their own. I stopped reading that tabloid junk a long time ago. For a more objective and may i say less trashy tabloid like view of things, I would really suggest the Cyprus Weekly as it is (according to wiki) the top-selling English-language publication in Cyprus.

I find it really funny that some of this websites members should attack the Cyprus mail when you see some of the stuff on here expounded by doughbags and slightly cracked exponents of their own ego.
Makes me laugh :D

Now I know why all my comments are delected!

I just challenge the Cyprus Mail political agenda, and then my comments just disappear into thin air!

So much for democracy and freedom of speech!
