Pleasant memories of Princesa Marissa but I believe she has been mothballed for quite a few seasons.
Following the volcanic ash problem I heard that a ferry service was to be reintroduced but have not seen news that it actually started.
Louis no longer run a car ferry service.

We have relatives in London who use the Channel Tunnel and drive to Venice where they pick up the ferry to Patra and drive to Athens quite regularly. They use the Tom Tom navigation unit which they rely on for both ways. The first time they forgot to set it for the return trip, but eventually worked it out.
From there I think you can arrange to send your vehicle from Piraeus to Limassol and fly to Cyprus and arrange to pick it up.
