So, in the end, were any Korans burned?

The US military burned bibles last year so as not to offend any Afghan people:

Hmmm, where oh where was that crazy GR to strap on explosives and go after the US military?

I bet that Pastor is grinning from ear to ear. He and his microscopic 50 member congregation garnered world attention for a whole week!

This is not Pastor Terry Jones. Interesting how burning a book upsets you but the hundreds of monasteries and churches in the north that have been destroyed/desecrated/looted does not.

How many Korans were burned by this pastor? How was it that he was able to garner all this media attention?

I am sorry but it just boggles the mind how this pastor was able to get some of the most powerful people in the US to their knees. Please Mr. Jones, who ever you are, please do not do it.

Does not matter, he personally started it but did not took part and someone else did it for him.

Burning a book becasue "it is not peacefull" is self-contradictory.

Specially when Bush bombs the whole world while claiming that God is on their side. The non-muslims have become the most violent people of the last few centuries, while calling the Muslims "violent" and "uncivilised".

I personally could not give a shit about the destruction of any religious material, in fact, its a good thing. So I certainly could not care about some Orthodox junk left behind, if you want to burn down Mosques, be my guest. Or you can just neglect them and let them rot (which I know you do anyways).

However if you really want to achieve something, you gotta burn that pastor and everyone on his mindset, along with the books and the buildings.
