TWO SIDES TO PASS ON EACH OTHER PROPOSALS

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

TWO SIDES TO PASS ON EACH OTHER PROPOSALS - an example of a misleading headline - or is it? They probably will pass - take a pass, that is.

This is where the GCs fail to understand international politics and influence. WHICH "Cyprus" are we talking about and how WATERED down do you think the LISBON treaty will become? They've already started removing unanimous voting to "Democratic 50 Percentile" voting, and many of the larger and more Important EU nations are starting to understand Turkey's requirement as an EU member. In other words, "Greek Cyprus's" so called acceptance and vote will mean nothing....particularly after the EU open direct trade with Northern Cyprus and the Greek-Cyprus economy becomes dependent on it's economic relationship with TURKIYE! But naturally I wouldn't expect you to understand that Get Real - particularly someone who comes from Australia and now lives in blind Greek-Cyprus with his shutters down. Come and live in London or Berlin for a year and your thoughts and ideas will soon be enlightened by good friend.

Hallo MrH

Am I right to conclude from what you are saying that Turkey [blamelessly] invaded because "so many mass graves" were discovered?

Hi lola-tulip
Hallo MrH

Not solely, of course. You could try adding the following reasons as well:

1) In Response to a Greek Military Junta backed Coup in Cyprus which had been staged by the Cypriot National Guard

2) To end the EOKA Terror Campaign since 1963 against the Turkish Cypriots.

3) To bring long-lasting peace to the island - which it did as the Greeks (from Greece) and Greek Cypriots were also killing each other at that moment, but obviously they now say it was solely the so-called invading "Turkish" forces. They need to wake up!

4) Finally, but not least of course, to restore Political ORDER on a very messy island. Which, similar to the YUGOSLAVIAN Solution of independent states (like Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and etc) is its final Chapter.

The Greek Cypriots are in for a very big shock leading towards the end of this year, early next year, if Christofias can't broker a "Federal" Power-sharing deal of two Federated states. I know this is Taboo for the Greek Cypriots, but they clearly have themselves to blame.

Silly people.

As far as I have been able to research the above, no citizen lost his property in any of those cases, not even in Kossovo. Are you then saying that a similar deal will apply to Cyprus? Or are you just spouting bullshit?

No need to tone it down. I think it would have been good enough reason by itself. It is a verifiable reason. Bodies. Would you care to verify it for me?

Another time. Nevertheless, thank you for sharing your opinions.
