I think this new one is going to run and run - I suspect that this charge too will be binned once the state realises that Conor has aright to Public Free expression and probably to peaceful protest.

I read somewhere else that Conor was seemingly threatened with being accused of an ASSULT rather then INSULT against Mr karryanus, but how Conor could have manged it without no one, including the Several police present is a mystery to me: Insult though? How can the truth be an Insult? Yes Mr Karyiagiannis the truth Hurts, but the Truth is you are a criminal. It does however go towards proving what I said elsewhere, that at least some the RoC police are a bunch of Clowns.

As ITV filmed the two hours they were protesting outside the offices of Karayiannis, the only ranting and raving and possible insults going on was by the K' elder who had a policeman with him all captured on film
No insults could have occured by the O' Dwyers as 7-8 plainclothes policeman were there at all times watching. Call me cynical but it could,nt have been that the camera crew had gone by the next day could it?

Btw the O'Dwyers had informed local Police beforehand, and the wording and logo on the banner was legally verified. I think the 'arrest' was meant to placate one or two.
