You have obviously misinterpreted my post which seems to have triggered your rant. I can only presume that you thought I meant "why bother", which I didn't, old hands on the forum know what I am referring to.

Having said that, I, being a Brit who has lived here for many years, do resent the Johnny come lately's who think we should change our way of life to suit them. I do have sympathy with people with the problems of the Hudsons and Lana, but I am sure they will get sorted even if it may take some time, but using those problems to slate all Cypriots is totally unjustified.

I am Not a Johnny Come Lately I happen to Own property in the ROC, I also been a Expat Well over 20 years, And frankly it Is Disgusting What is going on in the ROC.

What is being revealed on a Constant Basis, Is Corruption, Scams, With the Powers to be Letting it go, The majority of the people resigned to it Saying Rusfeti is a Way of life, A Minority gloating in Bigotory if it is a Brit or a foregner who is the Victim.

Well unless people Fightback to Establish A Society Worth having, Where is Cyprus Going ?

Cheaper to hire a couple of blokes and go and collect from the developer, who I am sure has money stashed away somewhere. That is what I would do.
