Is Asil Nadir Guilty of Fraud or not?

Postby Oracle » Sun Sep 05, 2010 1:41 am

OK, purely for fun! :D

Is the fraudster Asil Nadir guilty or not?

We all know he waited for the "shift in power" in order to, more likely, get off, helped by the passage of time whittling away witnesses and evidence.

But what do you think? Is he guilty or not? Will justice be served and will he be found guilty or not?

Cast your votes! :D

Why do we have to go on about this freak-looking low life uneducated gypsy, who stole an ethnically cleansed GC clothing factory and started pretending that he was a business man? :?

Freak?

Hmm ... He's definitely going down the Michael Jackson route with his facial reconstruction surgery! :?

Anyway, he is a measure of how competent the British Justice system is at nabbing fraudster during a Conservative government spell.

I know Nadir personally having met him and his father way back in the early 80s when he and his father run a clothing company the name I think was Wear-well . We did business on a weekly basis , I was in shipping then and he used our company for the exports of his products to Libya where he had a large market .
He was no different from any other businessman and was very shrewed as indeed he should be.
I believe that he allowed his greed to dictate his business behaviour and fell foul of the regulatory authorities here in the UK.Had he been a part of the "old schoolboy tie" brigade he would have got away with it , he was not and will face the consequences now.

Yes, but all the votes cast opted for him being guilty! :D So, you haven't exactly come down off the fence and supported his "innocence".
