IS THIS ANOTHER COCK-UP BY THE BRITISH POLICE?

Innocent till proven guilty. Justice shall prevail. (We hope)

Reuters

"He's been released with no further action to be taken (against him)," a Metropolitan police spokesman said.

The 69-year-old businessman, who once ran the Polly Peck empire, was arrested at his house in the exclusive Mayfair district of central London. Police would not say whether a mistake had been made, but Nadir said officers had apologised.

"Well, unfortunately I've been a victim of an unlawful arrest today claiming that I had broken my bail conditions: That was not the case," he told waiting reporters as he left custody.

"I'm hoping that this sort of unlawful behaviour, as I've claimed for many years, should not take place in this country."

So ... absolutely WRONG again! Where's the fried egg splat ...? Best go back to sleazy speculation about his youthful wife. Or, another poll - is Nadir guilty of breaking bail conditions? lol!

The industrialist was released from Charing Cross police station in London after family members and friends claimed they had CCTV footage disproving the allegations. Mr Nadir said last night that he had received an apology from the police.

What a farce by the British cops!

The thread question still stands, and might well do for infinity as we await the ups and downs of the trials and tribulations of the mastermind Turkish "businessman" and his slimy efforts to evade the long-ish arm of the world-renowned 'English' Justice System!

Of course, a few more donations to the now-ruling Con party won't go amiss

The corrupt vs the ?

Who is who/m? :D
