40 VHS Video Tapes for 10 Euros

Postby mystic » Thu Sep 02, 2010 7:31 pm

I have 40 used VHS video tapes for sale, most have only been recorded once (Eastenders). They are a mixture of Memorex, TDK, Sony & Sky. There are 33 of 180 hours (3 hours) and 7 of 240 hours (4 hours). Some of the boxes are slightly damaged, but otherwise they are in good condition for re-use.

Take all 40 for just 10 Euros - Must collect from Limassol Tourist Area - Email Me.

Obviously you're not really doing this for monetary gain. 10 euros?
People PAY 10 Euros to get rid of that much useless stuff.

Cap - This may be useless stuff to you, and you obviously have spare time to make stupid postings, I suggest you find something worthwhile to do with your time. Have you never heard the saying 'One man's junk is another man's treasure'? If not interested then don't waste the forum's space by posting.

Nice humour ttoli. I don't have time to put on ebay. I need to clear out my store room in a hurry. Offered to charity shops but they are not allowed to take tapes that have recordings on. If they are as useless as cap thinks, then the binmen will get them. Cheers for the suggestion anyway.

I didn't mean to sound offensive. Hell, we grew up with vhs... Us kids piling into the video shop to rent the latest Rocky or Rambo... Its just that with todays digital everything there might not be alot of interested people.

No problem, I took it offensively, but appologe for that. I know what you are saying, however there are still a lot of people out there who are not so fortunate to have all the latest hi tech stuff, and would appreciate something cheap and usefull. Rambo and Rocky yeah, I remember the good old days too :)

Thanks ttoli, I would be happy to if someone knows one, however I have been told that Charities are not allowed to take blank tapes with recordings on them, as it could contain porn, or anything I suppose. I explained that they mainly had eastenders on, and a few films for family viewing, but they wouldn't take them. I must look a bit dodgy I guess! If care homes have different rules then they would be very welcome to them.
