fig what you are going through is fairly normal and you are probably more worked up about it because you have a lack of sleep and that will exadurate most emotions. just go with it during the day(when you are not busy of course) imagine your fears really think about them be completely surrounded in them after a while you will have realised what scares you more than anything and just enveloping yourself in it for a moment will help at least a little.

well thats what worked for me

it sounds backwards but its sometimes the things that go against common sense that work

thank you :D although i know it wont work because i know my fears are stupid and silly but demons and ghosts only scary when its dark..!

but u are almost right i think, im only tired and i need a good night sleep and i will be back to the normal hyper me.. thank u

YAWN YAWN ! no sleep terror last night, just not enough sleep !!

been off the coffee, energy drinks and i kept reading my book for hours! no sleep terror but thats may be cause i kept waking up every half an hour after sleeping late..

but at least no weird freaky stuff :D
