If you are of the opinion that 'Self Help' may be an alternative then, providing you are prepared to read up on the condition (for that IS precisely what the symptoms you describe would appear to be) there are numerous volumes available on the subject of such disorders on the net.
If the purpose of your post is a frivolous attempt to either attract sympathy or (more likely) derision, I would like to inform you that there are many thousands of genuine sufferers who are currently availing themselves of the first option (which is the obvious course of action) and that if you are NOT one of those genuine sufferers, then a good strong boot in the arse might bring you to your senses.
