Nothing surprises me anymore when it comes to the TRNC now. There is so much to love about our country, but that unfortunately is somewhat outweighed by the ridiculous goings on over the last few months or so. If we want to apply a crude analysis let us look at what is bringing in the main income now, cos it sure is not the tourist. The main income is courtesy of gambling and prostitution. I am not one to be overly religious, but when you consider we are also an islamic country/state that really does take the P, but then again we are Turkish and we have been known to be liberal, when we want to be. On the income factor, the whole thing is made even worse when one considers that most of the income generated by those two income streams is more than likely shipped back to Turkey so the local people do not even see it – well at least that is the very strong theory doing the rounds!

I think that just sums it all up.

Rubbish how can it be the main income for the TRNC which it is shipped back to Turkey?

If there are over 40,000 Turkish soldiers waiting for a useful purpose, then it is only natural they will pass their time in prostitution and gambling. The Turkish Cypriots are just serving the Turkish soldiers. The women offer prostitution and the men offer gambling. What else can any of them do? :!: :!: :!:

The women offer prostitution and the men offer gambling- which seems to echo the view expressed by the journalist Sener Levent who called the north the Republic of the Pezevenghis.

However, I know many TCs, and know that the picture is false. The Turks are treating the north as a free for all, and the TCs are still taking it. I marvel at their patience and forbearance.

Don't blame me, what would I know, your buddy has said it and he would know, wouldn't he. Trouble is VP, you just close your eyes to the fact you are being manipulated, but your blind hatred for anything GC doesn't allow you to see. As freddie would say, "Ah, I see said the blind man"

This is exactly whats going on over there, under your very noses, do you think you would be around for another 20 years of this???? A good trade for your kids perhaps???

Like I said, bye bye.

When will you get it into your head, its not that difficult..even this is preferred to what you have to offer, becoming a minority in a GCs state to us is 1000 time worse....do you understand what I am saying or are you just being stupid.

You choose guaranteed extinction, over living in harmony albiet as a minority like any other monirity in the world. Just what makes you so special that you have to have all the powerful privilages??? I mean come on.

Now whos being stupid, but hey why should I care, once the TCs are gone then your motherland will have no excuse to remain, bye bye, idiot.

TC started being forced to leave the island decades before Turkey arrived.

All this crap about being extinct, is nothing but, well, just crap.

I do not feel like "I am being extinct", I do not know any TC's who live here and define their existence as "being extinct".

So what the hell are you talking about?
