According to Hurriyet there are only two sectors in the north, gambling and prostitution. It would be fascinating to find out which one of the two sectors TCs on this forum are mostly involved in.

If you don't mind, I'd be grateful if you'd explain why you decided to go in one sector rather than the other.

Again, you're being unfair on the TC's. Not one decent TC is happy with the casinos or the brothels. In fact all my relatives and close friends hate 3 thing with a passion.
1. Brothels
2. Casinos
3. Those making money from GC owned properties.
in that order.

So, since almost all these businesses are ran by mainland Turks then your question should have been directed at them.

You need to get your priorities right!

How does Turkey define "Cyprus Turks"? I define them the same way. If you don't want to be included take it up with the motherland.

Shah, Metin Munir is a TC whose father was a Cypriot nationalist(more than mala and GR)... this guy, Metin Munir says that he had become a journalist by coincidence... Although his opinions r very superficial, in general; I agree with him that the unproductive TCs r doomed to extinction just like all unproductive people all around the world... Though you don't need to be a journalist or prophet to know this simple fact...

My allegiance to Cyprus is on par with yours. As for my Turkish ancestry, that is very personal and way beyond your comprehension.

I celebrate Cyprus's illustrious history and honour its contribution to the world; all the way back to prehistory. That's all the proof of lineage that's necessary.
