Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Here's exactly what the British soldiers call the Germans in the game. 'Bloody Krauts' 'Bloody Wankers' (I kid you not) and 'fascist bastards' used over and over again during the WW2 battles and course of the game.

Shouldn't THAT be banned??
Double standards me thinks...

Hell yeah man! Somebody who finally has some sense around here! GTA4 is fun but a rubbish game. You can kill hookers, blow up government buildings and all that funny stuff, did it get banned? NO! It was voted the most popular game!

British Politicians are thugs, they scavenge around for an easy target (Medal of Honor) and rip on it! Why? For publicity!

DICE (creators of Medal of Honor) make the game. EA (publisher) gives DICE ideas for the game, such as players playing as the Taliban. DICE has a base in London, prioritised to making the game. Hence, the game is made by BRITISH PEOPLE, The Taliban in the game kill BRITISH SOLDIERS. EA is an AMERICAN COMPANY. The Taliban in the game kill AMERICAN SOLDIERS.

Just stop blaming video games for turning the youth violent. You should blame the parents for beating their children, blame drugs, blame the education system, and finally, teenagers are violence fuelled because of all those things, in order for the gaming industry to continue making money, they must follow the craze, of having violent video games. The fault is of people like miltiades, who in my opinion, would change his mind if he had some time playing Medal of Honor, being offended, if you don't like it, don't buy it! Some people like this stuff so don't kill their joy!
If someone likes Harry Potter, and you don't, would you go out of your way to get it banned? NO! It is out of common decency to mind your own business and let people do what they like! (except drugs, murder, rape etc. that stuff you can't do even if you do like them... coz its against the law!)

Miltiades, can I recommend something? Go out, buy a games console and play a bit of MoH!

The relevant British authority has an obligation to classify the game in one of the many categories and that's as far as its going.

Maybe you should get a job in this department and that way you’ll be playing the latest games all day and be giving them the thumbs up!

people Ban them all I say !!

These 'War Games' have become increasingly necessary in recent years for precisely the reasons YOU (almost) highlight when you refer to 'exploitation'.

I think 'brainwashing' might be more descriptive of the influence they have on the young who (quite rightly) enjoy playing such games.

Problem is, when the game becomes reality, the young who have been influenced, discover that it is not so clinical as the game would suggest and the 'reasons' for the real conflict are beyond them, for they only have that which they are informed of by their superiors, to rely on for the justification of their thoughts/intentions/ and actions.

Obviously THIS particular game (which is under such scrutiny) may encourage the young to realize that their 'Enemy' may not be such an easy one to defeat (according to their own skills) and may even serve to illustrate that 'Asses can be Kicked' on both sides, WHICH, may serve to be a more accurate description of that which is happening in 'Reality'.

Freedom of such use may discourage recruitment and far too much has been spent on 'Brainwashing' the young to run the risk of them thinking for themselves. (IMHO)

The constitutional issues are blatant, so it won't be banned, and it shouldn't be banned. However, this garbage, should be rated, and kids should be carded as if they were buying alcohol, porn, etc.
