communal charges are only paid by the owner if the property is not rented!!!!!!
i have a book on communal charges both in greek and in english and it clearly states the tenant is liable for the communal charges!!! that is the law!!!!!!!

and i am guessing it must be your apartment you are talking about in peyia that with any luck you managed to rent out for 230 euros pm after your many efforts...(had a look at all your posts......)
well yes, if you choose to live out in the back of beyond that must be about the right price....... plus your's is not a penthouse flat.... mine is!!!!!!!!and mine is not on a noisy complex... no noisy neighbours brits or otherwise........
