But, the tyranny of words will not get us anywhere.

The man came here with good intentions, it is obvious. He is a moderate TC living in England and the forum fascists jumped on him to crucify him. My village is also occupied but I do not hate a whole race of people because of it.

The spelling is Eroğlu.

It appears to be nothing then as we will not capitulate to your demands.

Such as?

The "man" has serious social justice issues if he thinks he can pass off one slamming down of a passport as a serious reason for partition when he has a wife which he inadvertently advertised as a siren who shouts instructions at him.

More like a cry for marital help ...

Thank you for your support Bananiot. I had no bad intentions or a hidden agenda in starting this thread. I just brought it to the attention of Cypriots, Greek and Turkish. I honestly don't think having somebody like the officer in question at an airport is beneficial to GCs or TCs. We are human beings with feelings, we can tell right from wrong, this officer did me and my wife injustice and humiliated us for no reason at all.

Oracel is perhaps a typical macho Mediterranean he man but his interpretation of this thread is totally off the mark and an insult to me. I wouldn't question his or anybodies marriage and I would expect him not to question mine. I wonder if the word respect has any meaning to these people.

Alan ... you gave us a blow-by-blow account your wife's outburst (a full paragraph and more -- surprised at her hidden evil nature). More so than the simple description of a slammed down passport.

Any fool can see your problems are marital and not "CyProb" :D

You came here for help ...
