Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Well, with a spirit level on the plank of wood, I worked out the angle of the road ,and poured the water on the road and saw it flowed up hill.Simples. :?

Some governments pay thousands for this kind of research, dont you know 8)

Some governments get people locked up by men in white coats for doing similar.

Erm .... :D ..... as a Great Experimenter Z, next time there's a Full Moon, you and others may wish to take part in an experiment to figure out another very well-known Illusion... the illusion where a Full Moon appears larger when near the horizon.

Have a hypothesis that want to test and naturally it would be great if CF with our thirst for knowledge, truth, ultimate understanding etc etc would take part.

Have an experiment all worked out to test my theory.

Well tell us your hypothesis,'twill be a full moon soon.

Yes the female members are starting to feel the effect.

Well my theory, and as you'd expect it's a suitably Radical Theory, is that the illusion disappears when looked at from an inverted position.

So at the next Full Moon would like to see fitter CF'ers do hand-stands to look at the Full Moon upside-down, when it's just above the horizon, and those members who can't do hand-stands to bend forward and to observe the Moon from between their knees.

As a control CF'ers in Oz (who tend to get things arse about tit) can look at it normally and add their findings.

Be aware that the word lunatic originated in the masculine. "To everything, there is a reason." :D

There is a well known hill in Scotland, so-called 'Electric Brae', where it also appears possible to freewheel uphill. Again, it is an optical illusion.

Okay, so explain this in relation to movement. The car's engine was turned off, I tell you.

There is a place just like that in Penteli mountain north of Ahens. The optical illusion makes you think the car is rolling uphill.

Simple solution: lay a spirit level on the road and soon you figure out which way it slopes.
