A place in Cyprus with a strong force field?

THere is a place in Northern Queensland where this happens.

The road I live in here in Pissouri had the same effect before all the houses were built either side of it!
the road home from my local bar has the same ..............

I have driven up and down that road many times and even at night you can feel that its not right. You know you are going uphill and the car picks up speed. I have filmed it with a plank of wood with a spirit level and pouring a bottle of water on the road and it flows up hill.
