Can Eminem play any musical instrument at all?
Can he sing? By that I mean real singing, in tune, in key, vibrato, etc
NOT talking over ripped off music that already existed spiced up with computer beats with horrifically sad and pseudo poetic bullsh*t lyrics desperately trying to sound deep and sentimental.
Complete and utter talentless hobo ni**a wannabe. Sorry..

You wanna impress? pick up a guitar moth** Fu**er.

Ja kno wha am sayn mon!

Me thinks spikin bad english and talking about the getto will make ppl think that im an artist of some sort!

All I have to do is barely muster a few words together and then find a producer that would do all the work, some 6 packs and a few quotes about ganja and guns, and wallah!

I am now an artist of the uneducated!

Exactly! The secret formula to becoming famous.
Funny... Eminem's childhood 'ghetto' upbringing wasn't all that well documented.... was it?
Maybe if we can make some sh** up, connect it to our present day scenario, add our kid daughter(not kidding), maybe we can sell some records on 'real life experience'. That's Eminem's sales pitch.

Yeah the real problem is that his childhood is probably about spoiled welfare abusers who had to grow up around black people with just enough to get by, which they do not have to work for, and his biggest worry is which next new pair of trainers he needs to buy, what that other guy's wearing, hope to afford a car, beat people up, and make music about it all hoping to score pity points.

The rest of the world however, are either extremely poor, refugees, or immigrants who need to make money in other lands, or all of the above, if none of the above, then probably fighting for their lives in war or hunger.

Yet, the prior culture sells as something interesting while former only makes boring news.

The worst part is that, even in poor countries, these spoiled brats are looked up on!

And then some fools have the audacity to call it art.

Well if this was "art", all the real artists who walked on this earth would turn in their graves!

I feel nauseous by just thinking about it

He has some good stuff, probably the best white rapper.

What does piss me off is when I read that he has divorced his sweet heart love and re-married her again and again and again....

That is so white trash....

Some great music though.

Deep lyrics, nice singing, nice instruments... i know i'm fighting a losing battle in this thread but here's just one song which i think disproves your arguments.
There's hundreds more which may be more likely to sway your opinions but this just so happened to come on while i was reading this thread.

Ok, there are some rap songs with good meaningful lyrics. The only one that comes off the top of my head is 2Pac's 'changes'. But please remember, the music was ripped off from Bruce Hornsby's 'The Way it is' from 1986.

Behold, 18 million views for the ripoff 'Rap' on YouTube
As opposed to 100 k for the Bona Fide Original 1986 classic.
Enough to make a grown man cry... just how many of these rap fans know where the music originated from??

I am no where near 50! Obviously well over retirement age then! The music itself is very expressive, as I have mentioned. But it has become, nothing but garbage, which is true and can't deny if you know the slightest thing about rap.

Judging by the tone of the stuff you write, I am probably around your age

cheeky!
