What Is Wrong With Kafenes

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

He's had an urgent operation on the New Year's Eve Night, just made it in time. Woke up the next day, was normal but later that night his heart stopped and was off for 40 minutes. He is now put to sleep and is supported with a breathing machine and all kinds of wires and drips. God knows if and when he is going to recover. So far he is stable.
All we can do now is pray. Will appreciate if you pray for him to whatever God anyone believes.

Still thinking of you and praying you find the strength to recover, as soon as possible.

I understand Kafenes is showing some signs of recovery. I am told He was awake and able to talk a bit. The Doctors are apparently cautiously optimistic, but I understand he is not yet out of the woods and the extent of Kafenes' recovery is still uncertain and in any event likely to be long: there could be occasions when he takes two steps forward but one back.

I too hope he has a full recovery, and my thoughts and prayers are with him and of course Mrs K.

supporttheunderdog ,
True, he was a little bit better yesterday, conscious and able to hear and see (letting us understand that by nodding his head) but he is still miles away from talking. Otherwise, you are absolutely right - our road to recovery would be long and hard, he is still in great danger, his heart was playing up yesterday again but fortunately they managed to control it. I just try to take each day as it comes.
I played the links you posted the other day and for the fisrt time in my life I heard my favourite "If tomorrow never comes" in a different light. It hurts....
Thanks to your wife for a lovely lunch
