Interesting to see this era in colour after being so used to black and white photos... some really nice pics in there.

I can appreciate these, alex. Thanks for posting them, but I'm curious as to why you would post them in a Cyprus forum. ?

I thought they were interesting, and thought others might aswell, regardless of where they are from.

Perhaps Filtitsa was implying that Cypriots would/could not appreciate them.

Nope, Filitsa was implying no such thing at the time, but judging from the ignorant/irrelevant responses perhaps you're right, Oracle.

So why raise the issue of a reason for posting "them in a Cyprus forum"?

Like I said, "curiousity."

Are you equally "curious" about every thread posted here? :D

Yes! Since she/he stepped into forums and met a guy called main_source...

"She/he"?! It's been 5 years, and you're still wondering?!

"main_source"! Whatever happened to him?

Insan! Are you stalking me?!

That's cool. You don't strike me as a stalker anyway ... but then you're "somewhere in [my] network." "Just out of 'curiosity,'" are you a creeper?!

For you, from the good ole days (pages 9 & 10):

With love,
Nikoletta (It's evident you're hedging on the "she" side.)

Some lovely photos, thanks alex.
Is Beech-nut chewing gum (picture 15) still available?

No ... "chewed up and spit out" by their competitors.

Sorry, Bubbles, I couldn't resist. ... But seriously, it's no longer being produced.

 Cheers Filitsa. I remember that brand when I was young. We weren't allowed a lot of gum - my mother thought it 'messed up our insides'!
