i am male 46 yrs old and have a full time day job in larnaca.
the rent will be 240 euros pm, plus a share of utility bills (electric, water and internet access if required!)
it will available from the 2nd of september.
i am not bothered if its a male or female, as long as they are working tidy and paid their rent on time.
the flat is on the flight path of larnaca airport so if you like planes this is the one for you!!! if you dont then its not!!!!!
i should say that i will not allow pets.
