Northern Cyprus the same.
Its not about 'protection' anymore is it? Lets be honest.

We're not the problem anymore. T***ey is.

I'm honestly telling you that in this wild capitalist world; put aside the greedy capitalists of the South which not only are hungry for more cash, bricks and mortar but also fed by the hatred of anything Turkish; I have to fight against the likes in my own community... why shall i double my true enemies?

Turkish Cypriot daily Afrika newspaper (12.08.10) reports that an anti-militarist concert will take place on 14 August under the slogan: Ayse is on Vacation, (TR. Note: Ayse, was a code name for the Turkish army, used in 1974 by the then Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Gunes in connection with the second phase of the Turkish invasion to Cyprus. Gunes said Ayse can go on vacation which was the signal to start the second phase of the invasion).
The event, which is organized by the Baraka Cultural Centre, the Youth Branch of the United Cyprus Party, the Friends of Nature Association, the Cypriot Youth Platform and various other youth organizations, will take place at the Baris Marco Park in occupied Omorfita at 21.00.

In the framework of the concert, members of various youth organizations put up posters in Nicosia and marched through the streets carrying banners with the slogans: Ayse the vacation is over. Go Home!, Pay attention! Concert in a non military area, End end- end for the occupiers.

Too little too late TCs.

They have come in and demoted you to second class citizens.

The Turks that are investing huge sums are also paying the TA protection racket money.

You thought they came to save you ...

and the ethnic eradication is now. But i guess that's just the way of the barbarian. Expansionism is great... unless you've got a tenacious and resiliant enemy to fight you every inch of the way.

You are now avoiding the issue, we would rather cleaning toilets in cratos than some Gc hotel, when will you people start to learn that we prefer the Turks over GCs and the only way we can even tollerate unifying with GCs would be using a plan like the AP which you people rejected. Plus we do own some serious land in and around Limasol my family included.

Cap do you understand that eradication assimilation call it whatever you will with Turkey is preferred to what you GCs have to offer. We would much rather take our chances as part of Turkey than capitulate to GC demands.
