That's incredible! Humans by some magic mind trick managed to throw the dogs at the car, open their jaws and clamp them over the car's bumper without being detected!

Ever ridden a sccoter?, Its always the little Cyprus Terriers, Now I'm a dog lover but these bastards!!!, theres a reason why I wear Steel Toe capped boots whilst on the scooter.

Yeah I can imagine, dogs love chasing cars and bikes. I can understand that to a certain extent. But this car wasn't being chased, it was being eaten... with shocking savagery I might add. lol

Ttoli, if you were being chased by THESE pieces of work on your scooter, do you think you'd stand a chance. Or would they be stitching you up at the hospital trauma center.. if you were lucky.

Wouldn't like to think but seeing as the motherland has blocked Youtube again, I cant view firsthand (Wot you been up to now GR )

Perhaps its just me, but as see it the dogs are attacking a car, not people, not children, surely a good blast on the two tones and a rapid reverse would have done the job, failing that the officers in the vehicke with the dash cam, windows down and a blast of pepper spay.

Yeah, that's the thing. What if it was children? They could've been biting a brick wall for all anybody cared. But a kid... scarred for life, psychological trauma or even worse.

Thanks for this. These dogs don't have many friends these days and have the misfortune of making good news stories.

That said, I'll reiterate that the dogs in the OP's video should have been put down and the owners arrested. You just can't allow this sort of stuff to occur in a reasonable society.

Greeks are very fashion prone when it comes to dogs. In the 70 the fashion was boxers, in the 80 dobermans (dobermen?), in the 90 rottweilers, now it is pit bulls. It is panic stations when walking the dog and we come across a pit bull walked by a child or frail person. A wanker neighbor walks his dog while riding a bike, he has been pulled over more than once.

The Cypriots , I dont know about the Greeks, have some weird "fashion " fetishes. A relation of mine recently acquired a pit bull , with 4 children in the house plus the neighborhood kids , I thought what a stupid thing to do. Of course I voiced my condemnation in very clear terms and the answer was , ITS THE FASHION !!!
I have always had dogs my first one being a Labrador there followed alsatians pointers and now a 12 year old Boxer , the best dog I have ever had although at the age of 12 he is now quite old a bit senile and loves a glass of red !! A bit like me !!. Has been coming to the showroom for 5 days a week since he was a month old , you would have thought he would be acquainted with most people but the bugger is not , he hates anyone touching him and he will react with a sharp short ....lick !!
Dogs are men's best friend , pit bulls are not , they are horrid dogs , wrong temperament hate children and everyone else for that matter .
Talking about ....fashion , a Chinese lady came in the shop the other day , I know her so I couldn't help noticing the jeans she was wearing were full of holes , felt sorry for her and promptly offered to buy her some needle and cotton provided I was allowed to ....stitch her up as it were , Its the bloody fashion she said !!Torn jeans , shit on your shoes , bloody nails through your tongue , paper clips on the eyebrows and all these is ...fashion !!! Oh boy I'M SO PLEASED I'M UNFASHIONABLE !!

It is amazing how people fall prey to fashion. But there are limits. A powerful animal needs suitable control, and owners should know enough not to let their 9 year old daughter to walk a powerful male dog around a neighborhood where old people, children and others with "normal" dogs are walking about.

A child cannot understand the instincts that drive a male dog, nor can the child intervene to avoid challenges and fights between dogs. And naturally there is the case of the asshole who gets fed up with the energy of his pitbull and lets it walk about alone.

Miltiades, I cannot tell you how wrong you are about this. You'd be hard pressed to find a more loyal and well-tempered (not to mention extremely intelligent) dog than a pit bull. Staffordshire Terriers, at least, are well-known to be very good with children as per their AKC breed standard. They have a lot of energy to work out though and this needs to be accounted for in their daily routine.

I'd agree that nobody should get a dog because of a fashion. And a pit bull is far too strong to be walked by a child or otherwise taken lightly. Both dogs I had were very polite and very well trained. But they were also strong as hell (the female was just as strong as the male) and this is cause for a little extra caution on the owner's part.

Anyone that owns a pit bull should be well aware that the dogs have a bad reputation and needs to use caution to prevent issues that perpetuate the yellow journalism out there. If people out there can keep up with these dogs, they will not find a better pal in the world.
